Over all Home2 Rosenberg is a place I would recommend for a clean safe place to stay with you family in Rosenberg. The room I had this trip could use some maintenance to repair a couple of minor issues (tile around tube had fallen off, retractable sun shade appeared to have over traveled in the past and was damaged. The room were very clean and well stocked. staff were very welcoming. The proximity the Memorial Hermann hospital makes for a good place to stay if you’re going to have extended healthcare issues

I had a great stay at this hotel and plan to return every time I visit Texas. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Roger, who was both professional and friendly, setting a positive tone for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C kept the room cool, and the blackout curtains were a great touch for a restful night’s sleep. The water was hot, and although the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, the overall comfort of the bed made up for it. Everything was clean and copacetic. As an Honors member, I truly felt recognized and appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and in great spirits, which made a big difference in the quality of my stay. I worked out daily in the fitness center and enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the hotel even the elevators. For those who enjoy swimming, you’ll appreciate that the hotel maintains a warm environment throughout, which is a thoughtful detail no one wants to step out of the pool into a cold building! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

My partner has stayed at the Home2 Suites in Sugar Land regularly over the past several months, and until this one incident, his experiences had consistently been great. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and it had become a reliable place for extended stays. After a stay, we noticed a smoking charge that genuinely confused us, as no one in our household smokes cigarettes — and we would never smoke anything inside a hotel room. That said, after the hotel followed up, it became clear that timing and communication gaps played a big role in how the situation unfolded. A staff member named Roger reached out directly and let me know he was actively working on the issue. He explained that the team members who approve reversals were temporarily out on vacation, which clarified why things felt stalled initially. Unfortunately, because we needed the matter resolved before our credit card statement closed, we did move forward with disputing the charge through American Express, which was ultimately successful. That decision was purely time-driven. What I appreciated most was the follow-up itself. Roger was professional, transparent, and clearly invested in addressing the concern. That outreach went a long way in restoring confidence and reinforcing that this situation was an honest mix-up rather than a reflection of how this property typically operates. Overall, this has been a well-run hotel and a place my partner has trusted for months. I’m comfortable saying this was an isolated misunderstanding, and I appreciate the effort the team made to follow up and provide clarity.

A great hotel near the highway. Bonus, there is a Mexican restaurant walking distance so you can stretch your legs and get some food! Rooms were clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was actually good. They had actual eggs! You know that is serious business.

We checked in late by Tony who was most helpful And friendly . We met Roger during the day and he was very helpful and kind as well. The room was very clean and tidy, the AC worked perfectly. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area based on our experience.

Make this your hotel when staying in this area. We stayed for one night . The rooms were modern and clean . The pool was available and restrooms outside made it convenient. The breakfast was delicious , simple but enough . I appreciate the Texas waffle maker. You’re surrounded by Freddy’s steak burgers and Rudy’s BBQ . I appreciate housekeeping for keeping the rooms clean and the front desk were always available and kind of.

The room was spacious and clean. The person at the front desk was very polite and professional. The only issues that I had, was the lack of hot water in my room, and the heathen kids in the hallway. The water never got above room temperature. The heathen kids is not an issue with the establishment. Just an annoyance for a bit. Other than that, great place to stay. Will definitely look for Home Suites wherever we go.

Good hotel. Couple things needs to fix in room 403 for chair and bathroom lock. Breakfast limited. Need carpet cleaning 4th floor lobby.
